How we are led
Shepherds, servants, and a congregation
Hillcrest is led by a plurality of elders who know the members personally, served by deacons who carry the day-to-day work, and taught by ministers who answer to both. No one here holds a title that puts them above the people they serve.
If you would like to talk with an elder, any of them will make time for you.
